A large mahogany desk waits patiently near the rear-center of the room supporting an assemblage of neatly piled papers. The piles contain an arrangement of official clan documents on the following topics: alchemy, sheaths, miscellaneous magical services, foraging and skinning requests, cobbling and even a small, misplaced book on rolling cigars. A gem cutter sits silently next to a picture frame on one of the several bookshelves, kept company by none other than particular gem-cutting patterns. A single triangular silver medallion enhances a small display case fastened to the western wall. A large driftwood crate dominates one corner, its contents overwhelming its capacity and overflowing with publications.
Obvious exits: out.

An odd but comforting sensation consumes your mind in its entirety as you browse through Auratik's scripts. Your brain tingles from the dark shelter of intellectuality and observation while time and space freeze in an instant and what feels to be the one passage in your brain condenses, narrowing your thoughts to just one – what type of script?

These scripts use variables and are custom tailored to me, the author. The only help I will give you is this: Google 'play.net scripting guide'. The information that I could explain to you is there.

CV is the script that directly changes how all of the other scripts on this page behave. You will probably want this script if you download any of my other ones.

CV stands for 'change variable' but you can rename this script whatever you want.

General Scripts

CLOSE is a script I use whenever I want to make sure all of my containers are closed. To make an OPEN script simply look at this and you'll get the idea. If not go back to school.

GET picks up items that are on the ground and stores them in your main container.

.get opal diamond box chest...

This script uses the GET script for other bags. For example, instead of .get whatever, I type .tool and it tells the get script to put the items in my toolbag this time.

Can be used for all of your bags. Just change the value of the 'temporarycontainer' variable and name the script something associated with your bag so it is easy to remember.

BUS takes you to dozens of hunting areas outside of town, as well as anywhere important in town.

HOME takes you home from many area around the Landing, Solhaven, and Icemule.

DISK attempts to put something in your disk. If it does not fit, it will drop it and then use the GET Script to store it in your main container.

This script uses the FRIENDS script below to expand its use.

FRIENDS tells the disk script what other peoples' disks it can expect to be around with you. I use this to change my hunting party... example: .friends auratik tykeara artorio cathlyn -- that will then tell my disk script to put any item it could not fit into my disk in theirs'. If all disks are full, closed, do not exist or are out of reach, the disk script will drop it.

CSU stands for custom spell-up. It will cast the spell numbers you indicate when you start the script.

.csu 513 513 513 509 509 509 508 508 508 507 507 507... etc.

If you want it to cast at someone else type: .csu (name) then hit enter. The next time you use the script it will cast at that person.

DROP repeats dropping an item from your person until there is no more left to drop.

GIVE continues to give a person an item that you specify until the other player declines or you run out of the item.

ACCEPT continues to accept any offers and stores items received in your main container.

HASTE is Auratik's script that keeps certain people hasted. You can look at this and easily make your own.

LIN (look in) will open a container, look in it and close it.




Combat Scripts

A is a basic script with two function. It puts you in an offensive stance and continues to attack until there are no targets or you cancel the script. If you add a name of a target such as ".a second yeti" it will target that creature and attack.

B, short for berserk, arms your main weapon (to make sure you don't accidentally start berserking barehanded) and makes you berserk. When the berserk ends the script will immediately put you back into a defensive stance.

C is Auratik's casting script when he is hunting. If you're not a wizard don't bother, but you can look at it and get an idea of how to write your own casting script.

OAK is a script I use to unstun fellow adventurers and pull them up. It uses an oak wand. This one uses variables so it can handle it if you have your hands full because you already have a wand in your left hand.

SB, for shield bash, performs the combat manuever and then uses the "a" script above to continue attacking.

STAND will stand you back up as quickly as possible if you get knocked down. Changes your stance. You may need to edit this to your preference.

WW waves your wand at whatever you type. It changes your stance quickly, replaces the wand with your preferred wand type when broken, and puts you in defensive if your target is dead.

To tell this script to not change your stance activate the script without typing any type of target. (.ww)

WR does the same thing as WW but with a rod.

Alchemy Scripts

ALCH is Auratik's alchemy script.

*** To use this script you will need to run this once and then delete it: Variables

CRU does crucible tasks at the WL wizard guild starting at Leigh.

DISTILL does distilling water for the guild supply tasks.

.distill (# of times)

DUST has three functions:
1 - .dust, to sweep the room until all of the dust is gone.
2 - .dust auto, start at Klidel with empty hands. Will do everything for you.
3 - .dust h, recasts 506 on yourself and resumes the .dust script where it left off, continueing to sweep.

FIND rummages in your locker of jars, beakers and bottles for the ingredient that you type. This script is made with a premium account. If your account is standard you made need to replace 'chest' with 'locker'.

JARS is on here so you can see how I keep a locker reasonably organized. I mostly use FIND now.

GRIND takes out your mortar, gets the item, puts the item in the mortar, and grinds it. It then drops the item to the floor. Must enter 2 words of the item

Note: keep your pestle in your mortar.

Can be used to grind more than one item, great for grinding tasks: .grind white opal pothinir grass cact spine

GRIND2 does grinding tasks at the wizard guild shop for reps.
GRIND3 repeats grinding one kind of item until you run out of it. .grind3 basal moss
GRIND4 does what grind3 does but stows the item in your AlchemyContainer. Make sure the name of the item changes when you grind it or else this script will be trying to grind the same item over and over again. This works for a herb like an ayana leaf because it turns into 'ground ayana' instead of a 'ground ayana leaf'.
GRIND5 is a little more advanced and includes all of the features in grind 1, 3 and 4.

INJAR puts an ingredient in your jar, beaker or bottle that is in your right hand.

.cv jarstow - toggles wether or not this puts it back in your locker when it is done.
.cv shakeauto - turns on/off the auto-detect mode (finds out if its a jar, beaker or bottle on its own.)
.cv shake (jar, beaker or bottle) - when the auto detect mode is turned off, this tells the script what kind of container to expect.

POLASS does the polishing assemblies task at the WL wizard guild starting at Leigh.

SEAWATER takes your flask out of your AlchemyContainer, fills it with sea water, and notes that you now have 20 doses. The seasalt script below uses that to keep track of how many doses are left... just for giggles.

SEASALT gets your flask of seawater, pours a dose in your vial, and extracts it, putting the seasalt in your AlchemyContainer.

.seasalt (# of times)

EXTRACT extracts alchemy items in a workshop. You can type in as many items as you would like, by words of 2.

example: .extract troll hide yab fruit t'ayanad crystal

SHAKE takes the jar, beaker or bottle in your right hand and shakes it X amount of times, putting the item in your AlchemyContainer.

.shake 5
